Founder & Creator of Carter Code AI
Angel Carter is a medical billing and coding professional with over 30 years of experience in billing, coding, auditing, and revenue cycle support. Her work spans multiple specialties, including chiropractic, nephrology, and medical records review.
In 2017, she was recognized as Woman of Chiropractic by the North Carolina Chiropractic Association. She attended Shaw University and Wake Technical Community College for medical billing and coding.
Based in North Carolina, Angel created Carter Code AI to be a one-stop platform for medical billers, coders, auditors, providers, and healthcare offices — bringing chart review, coding support, billing workflows, and documentation auditing together in one place.
